All our products are tested at a minimum of 4 Bar water pressure. Any faulty part(s) should be reported within 14 days from receipt of the product, the faulty part will be replaced without charge. At a later date and up to 3 months from receiving the product, faulty part(s) should be returned to us for repair; charges will be levied accordingly. If un-repairable the replacement will be chargeable.


Your right to cancel

At we want you to be delighted every time you shop with us, occasionally though we know you may want to return items. With Our Returns Policy under the United Kingdom's Distance Selling Regulations (UK only) you have the right to cancel the contract for the purchase of any of these items within a period of 7 working days, beginning with the day after the day on which the item is delivered.


To cancel this contract please pack the relevant item securely, attach your personalised label and send it to us with the delivery slip so that we receive it within 7 working days after the day of the date that the item was delivered to you.


For your protection, where you are returning an item to us, we recommend that you use a recorded-delivery service. Please note that you will be responsible for the costs of returning the goods to us plus 10-15% administration charges.  Unless we delivered the item to you in error or the item is faulty.


As soon as we receive notice of your cancellation of this order, we will refund the relevant part of the purchase price for that item. Customers are informed by email the approximate delivery time, therefore, it is the customer’s responsibility to arrange to receive the item within the specified period.

We may need to contact you by letter, telephone or email to verify details before we are able to process and dispatch your order or we may be unable to accept your order. Any information given will not be disclosed to a third party.


All credit and charge card holders are subject to validation checks and authorisation by the card issuer. If the issuer of your payment card refuses to authorise payment to us, we will not be liable for any delay or non-delivery.


Payment in other currencies may be subject to fluctuations in exchange rates and to charges made by your credit or debit card company.


The majority of card issuers cover all the charges that may result from unauthorised use of your credit card or debit cards, but some may limit your liability to £50. If you believe your credit or debit card has been subject to unauthorised use you should contact your card issuer without delay. Standard delivery

Goods will be dispatched after receiving full payment to UK address within 1-2 working days by courier 3-5 days.


Special delivery

(Next Day delivery) orders must be received by 2:00 pm. This service attracts higher charges.


Ireland & Europe

Goods will be dispatched after receiving full payment to overseas within 1-2 working days by either Royal mail or by other couriers.
